Dairy Farm Bay Extension
On this dairy farm, the existing shed bay stepped back, leaving wasted space that wasn’t being used effectively. To make the most of the area, we carried out a bay extension, installing a new steel leg and C-channel purlins to extend the structure.
We then finished the extension with new gates and Yorkshire cladding, creating a secure, durable, and practical addition to the building. This not only made better use of the space but also improved the overall functionality of the farm shed.
This project shows how even smaller extensions can deliver big improvements in efficiency and usability for agricultural buildings.
