Agricultural Steel Shed & Slurry System Project

This was one of our largest projects to date, involving several contractors from start to finish. Our team began by fabricating the steel gantries and the full shed structure, which were then sent for hot-dip galvanizing to provide long-term durability and corrosion resistance. Once back on site, we erected the gantries and steel frame before installing the purlins and roof sheets to complete the structure. The entire build was designed around a slurry separating system and slurry water tank, creating a purpose-built agricultural facility that is both robust and practical.

The slurry separator splits material into solids and a liquid fraction. The solids are easier to handle and store, while the liquid can be spread across fields using dribble bars, ensuring nutrients are recycled efficiently while keeping in line with modern environmental standards.

This project demonstrates our ability to manage and deliver complex builds, from fabrication through to final installation, while coordinating multiple trades to achieve a high-quality results.
